I have used OKX for almost 2 years, never investing more than $200, and completed my KYC at that time. I never had any problems until a re-verification pop-up appeared a few days ago. I provided the exact same information as I did 2 years ago, but it failed multiple times, each time for a different reason. My location and citizenship have not changed, nor have the Terms of Service regarding them. The last straw was when they suddenly closed my account without giving me any ability to withdraw my funds. I have opened multiple tickets regarding this issue, but it has only gotten worse and I have received no explanations.
