Why i can't connect with my old account?
Hi tcwcalvery, Thank you for contacting us. Please note that your existing MT4, MT5 or cTrader account cannot be linked with TradingView. Clients will have to request for a TradingView account on the Pepperstone Secure Client Area. You can also see the steps with screenshots on how to do this on our website on the following link: https://pepperstone.com/en/trading-platforms/platforms/tradingview/ We hope this helps resolve the issue. they should offer a standard account apart from the razor

Why is it login me out on TradingView and then have to approve access again? The MT4 doesn't do that...

nice tools to do a quick trade, but missed the advance protection function and cannot edit the position lots after order, please try to add them back, thanks!!
Hi Staceyheaven, thank you for providing us with your feedback. You can add the advance protection functions like Stop loss or take profit to your orders anytime! If you want to partially closed your trades you are also able to do this. However, if you having issues to do that, please let us know and one of our team members will happily assist you! Thank you
