Pepperstone responded quickly and the sign in issue appears to be fixed. Still cannot get Volume Profile indicator on my charts. I would think this more of a Trading View issue as it is their platform.

Demo was working fine, then Opened a live account and cant connect to either!!! Very annoyed!!!

For those looking form the same question here is the trick :
To partially close a trade you need to follow the below steps:
1. Setting -> Trading -> Make sure Instant trade is not selected
2. System will pop up Partial Close when you close the position.

I have been with Pepperstone for a while on other platforms, but on TradingView core Indicators like Volume and Anchored VWAP don't seem to work?
