Keeps disconnecting and reconnecting... and my internet is fine.

Ok I still learning
First day using it and i am absolutely impressed and excited to use it i look forward to digging into its features and seeing how it can optimize my trading and i love the fact it helped me find a new brokerage.
i had an issue subscribing and the system flagged me as suspicious so i cant fully access what i would need for my trading system but hopefully someone reaches out soon i cant really find any customer service
