very agressive profit base marketing strategy, very annoying when i pay and still have limited number of alerts. thats is insane

TradeStation is the best platform I have seen. The order entry off the matrix is superb. The two limitations are the high commissions charged to people living outside the US and the fact the it is difficult to sell short stocks.

This so confusing, the integration between broker and charting program is difficult to master. Like alert settings, Is it in the Broker platform, the charting platform, is it in the app? I logged a help ticket, they respond quickly, but they are so familiar with the software, they assume you are also. After three days I am still trying to get clear directions where to find a particular notifications setting. Really don't need this hassle.
