Their customer service is basically inexistent. I've made a wire transfer and been waiting for 2 days for my funds to arrive (still haven't yet) and I wrote to their customer service 3 time now without them reaching back.
Your options platform is terrible!!! Totally outdated!!! I tried paper trading options on the site and the order process is too slow for active trading and/or scalping as that's what Im looking for. As bad as I want to get away from TD Ameritrade's prices their options chain is far better than this one

They are not bad. Low fee but commission $0 so everything is equal out.
Very good so far, excellent price and support have been very good. Has a bit of a learning curve, and documentation is sparse. I would recommend calling them directly for answers to your questions.
Can't beat the price of $10.00/month flat rate. Best customer service. Never waited longer then 15 sec to get connected with a service rep in person - no machine!
