[三指標戰法又來了] 2603長榮這兩天底部確認反轉，如果日後順利上漲，遇到118是為壓力位

如同前面幾篇所言，三指標判定：布林帶+ RSI + RVGI ，今日10/21確認底部反轉。(成交量、基本面都沒看)。那麼接下來，之後就看看這樣技術分析，準不準吧？
Note
RVGI綠線紅線，要黃金交叉，然後打開，才能認定上漲。所以要等到今天10/21才能確認。
