長榮突破 5MA，但是卻可以拉回 5MA 之上
且籌碼面上大跌當天，法人還是持續買進
所以判斷其為強勢股，因此在 8/21 趁低價買進
但是技術面上 8/20 的當天大量高點 15.9，還是需要突破才有可能是真的形勢看多
