Arkham can be seen closing above multiple moving averages yesterday, confirming bullish potential for today.
These are long-term moving averages such as EMA200, EMA100 and EMA50 as well as the widely used MA200, here shown as a black line (0.00001317).
This chart setup can be traded with very low risk, let me give an example.
➖ First we define the risk. A very tight stop-loss, manual. If prices move and close below 0.00001200. We are out and remain out for as long as prices trade below. If prices move back up we can easily jump back in.
➖ Then the entry. Between 0.00001300 and 0.00001500 is a good entry.
➖ The targets. Then we set the sell orders on target before-hand; limit-orders. We can do 35% first target and 45% second target, just as example. 20% remains on hand for manual selling or to hold in case the pair moves much higher.
✔️ Short-term traders can decide to sell everything after 20%, 30% or 50% growth.
✔️ Long-term trades might decide to hold through 2024 and beyond...
That's the beauty of trading, it needs to be adapted to suit your own needs, your own style, your own goals.
