For me it looks like a fake breakout for all ALTS.USDT pairs looks fine.
Expecting to see something like this.
Trade closed manually
BTC idea failed.Will make an update due to BTC growth and ATOMBTC chart capitulation.
Still bullish on ALTS despite BTC pairs show weakness which is typical before the strong move up.
