The big wick just means institutions bought at that price zone, meaning they will hold their positions until a better high price to sell them. Right now almost every retail thinks of selling because of the short term structure but when retails sell, the instituitions buy, They are just waiting for a premium price so their pending orders execute and then attack with market orders to push the price higher.
