BANKNIFTY has closed in a negative note today with 0.87% cut. Last day we planned to sell from 35285 if tested in the 1st 45 Min. It was a smooth trade. Gave a move from 35285 till 34760.
Coming to tomorrow's trade setup, if index opens flat and a 5 Min candle closes below 34755. We will short for the target of 34550, 34390 and 34110.
On a flat opening if a 15 Min candle closes above 34905. We will long for the target of 35070, 35200 and 35300.
Probability of a big gap down if high after US CPI number. In that case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
