BANKNIFTY has closed on a neutral note with just 100+ points gain. Once again a range has been formed in BANKNIFTY which 41200 and 41500. Above and below we can expect a directional move of 700 points approximately. Last day we planned to buy above 40890 for the target near 41200 which was hit very smoothly and later took resistance from the marked resistance area.
Coming to tomorrow's trade setup, if index opens flat and a 5/15 Min candle closes above 41185 the we will long for the target of 41350 and 41570.
For selling we need a 15 Min candle close below 40729. Post breakdown target will be near 40550. Below 40500 we will break the range and we will will head towards 40290 and below.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
