BANKNIFTY has close on a positive note with nearly 2% gain. Last day we planned to buy above 34900 it hit all targets(34900-35380+). 10 o'clock range also broke mid way above 34960. Above 35550 (daily candle closing) we will head towards 36900. We have already longed from 34150 on 6 Jul 2022.
Coming to tomorrow's trade setup, if index opens flat and a 5 Min candle closes above 35385. We will long for the target of 35540, 35685 and 35840.
In case 35000 is broken (5Min candle close) in the downside and a negative price action is established before hand. We will sell for the target of 34800 and 34650.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
