BANKNIFTY has closed on a very positive note with 1.3% gain. The swing swing breakout which happened on 5 Sep above 39760 has given a a good target today. There was a nice breakout and pullback setup and confirmation was 40100 which we had already planned before the move. We planned to trade on 10 o'clock range breakout in case of any big gap up/down. 10 o'clock range broke upside above 40835 and a gave a straight rally till 41625.
Coming to tomorrow's trade setup, if index opens flat and a 5 Min candle closes above 41630 then we will long and trade the continuation for the target of 42000 and 42305.
For selling we need a 15 Min candle close below 41275. A pullback is needed before breakdown. Target will be 41050 and 40800.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
