BANKNIFTY has closed on a positive note with 0.8% gain. It has closed near day high. Last day we planned to sell below 37780 it gave almost 100 points. However 15 Min candle did not close below 37780. Later buy triggered above 38035 and this trade has hit 2 targets and gave a move from 38035-38300+.
Coming to tomorrow's trade setup, if index opens flat and a 5 Min candle closes above 38305 then we will long for the target of 38450 and 38619.
For selling we need a 15 Min candle close below 38150. Targets will be 38000, after a bounce from 38000 if 38000 is closed in 15 Min TF then we will head 37860 and 37700.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
