BANKNIFTY has formed a shooting star candle in daily TF. Lat day we planned to buy above 33980 but it opened with a decent gap up and 34150 was breached and hit our 2nd target 34360. Then it fell from there till 33760. Mean way 10 o'clock range broke downside.
Coming to tomorrow's trade setup, if index opens flat then below 33750 we will short for the target of 33565 and 33325.
In case we see a gap up opening and 34250 is tested in the 1st 1 hour then we will short for the target of 34000 and 33800 with PDH as sl.
In case we get a closing 15 Min candle closing above 34365. We will long for the target of 34500 and 34665.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
