Breakout, retest resumption in 2017 of the lower dotted line. Potentially playing out again in May 2021, but with a more extended consolidation before restest of the dotted line. Potential reasons for extended consolidation are easy monetary conditions in 2021 and excessive use of leverage amongst BTC traders.
