BTCUSD next target before the 30% dump

BTC to 18,900 then drop of 30% then uptrend to all new levels
RSI still have the strength to 18,900
Then need to recharge.

Note

BTC will go all the way to 20,800 then it will do that quick 1week 30% drop. I miscalculated the right spot. RSI still have the strength.
