Bitcoin NEUTRAL but chance of trendbrake still valid 1 HR Chart

Bitcoin is strong impoving anf jumps up now
out of the short channel which i calculate as a neutral situation
To have a log setup i would like to see a jump
above that black line to the blue arrow angel
to avoid a fake breakout as in cryptos we have sometimes.
