Will the bitcoin does its same old mouvements ?

If we consider 3100 zone as the btc bottom then we can see the same mouvements as the pump of 2013 and the pump of 2015 .. it must continue pumping till the 0.618 level of Fibo. (9000to 13200 ) and have a break at that level before continue the next bull run !!
