The last two times the 1 year crossed over the 2 year moving average we went on an epic bull run.

I mean...it doesn't HAVE to happen, but there are over a couple of dozen powerful fractals, patterns, and indicators that are flashing GREEN LIGHT GO on a new bull run. Time will tell...
