RSI is indicating likelihood of breakout from falling trendline. Abv 60 RSI is indicating strength of the move. RS is positive. Volume is good. EMAs have crossed to the up. Price has bounced from near the 1 year EMA. Dip towards 3650-3550 is an opportunity to enter long with sl below 3350 and keep holding for 2-3 times of risk. Long wick formed in last 2 trading sessions amy give false impression of supply. Once it take-out the high of 3800 then probability of breaking falling trendline will be high. Minor higher high has been posted by higher low is yet to be posted which can be around 3650-3550 zone.
