DOGE Bull Flag

I'm just a dummy swing trader, who mostly works with penny stocks, but I think this looks like a huge bull flag on DOGE. Anyone else noticed that?
Note
Bull flag proved to be true. Now DOGE is on a huge upward accumulation. I believe it will break out above .50 by the end of April 25th.
