DOGUSDT in weekly timefram..up or down?

i think every crypto symbols are in resistance now ..
and the next step depends to reaction to this resistance
look at doge coin chart in weekly timeframe
what do u think?
can dogusdt across from this resistance and have a pump?
i think it can break the black line , and in RSI Indicator this line is broken
so my idea is LONG!
