ETC BUY SIGNAL - 30 MIN WEEKLY PIVOT

Possible break up on ETC on a 30MIN which goes with my last post. Good opportunity for smaller accumulation for now, and will scale up if it start to move higher.

DOGE and VET broke out, ETC fail so far...Note
Similar fail to ETH and VET. DOGE really the only thing that made it through the weekly pivot so far.
