Short term Bullish on the 4H

I am looking at both ETH and BTC both could possible close above an important resistance level. Here you see ETH wick to a higher high since 8/19. If ETH can close about about 1647 on the 4H we could see a slight move to the upside. Let me be clear that I am overall bearish on the market right now but could take advantage of a possible short term upswing if the charts play out correctly.
