嗯，从经典震荡角度来看是没有上下来回，
但是从现在新的震荡意义看
新的震荡区间定义就在于边界上有三个点就完了，至于震荡区域里面是否有上下来回，，那个不重要。
所以按照新的震荡定义去划分。震荡区间成立
同时局部小周期还有一个绿色粗线的，三角收缩上涨，震荡区间突破。
