Ethereum (ETH): Starting to DCA! / Bullish Trend

Ethereum has been moving very well inside the bullish trend here, where since reaching our local resistance zone price has shown us a proper correction leading it back to the bullish trend line.

Now, despite the fact that we are bullish on ETH, we see that price still has some room to fall (a little) before showing us a proper move toward the ATH.

Meanwhile, it is a good time to DCA so that's what we are doing!

Note

Ethereum is still seeing some pressure from sellers, which gives us an idea that they are not finished yet!

Pressure on the local support zone is big and there is almost no volume at all from buyers, which means most likely we will break.

We are waiting for a proper breakdown and then we should see some buying volume to build up eventually!

Note

Ethereum has dipped and filled the previous target zone of ours, where we had 10% movement.

Now we are looking for another re-test to that same upper resistance and EMAs zone where we are going to look for another point of weakness!

If everything plays out nice, we should get a chance to catch another 10% movement, so all attentions there!!

Ethereum is still undervalued in our opinion so once we see signs of buying volume buildup, this could mean a re-test of ATHs (but not right now).

Sellers have not yet finished with their pressure yet it seems buyers are struggling to maintain their current zone.

Although we were looking for the upper zone to be re-tested before the next drop, we put one more possible move in case we see further pressure from sellers.

So here we are with Plan A and Plan B; which one do you think will work out?

Ethereum has reached a smaller resistance zone but not the one we are looking for!!

We are still waiting for smaller growth to happen on ETH, which would then possibly show us there a dominance from sellers, which then again would activate our Plan A.

So all attention to that resistance zone, which is near EMAs!

After a steep move, Ethereum price is still in a lot of uncertainty.

Despite that, we are going to wait for our entry to be fully secured; after that, we will look for a short position, which will drag the price slightly lower (toward the major support zone, which would be an ideal place to start the upward movement).

So let's wait for proper confirmations and not rush into things!
