Is it too early to start planning for the next bullish wave?
When is the best time to start buying?

Good Sunday my fellow traders, we have a volcano erupting in Italy today...

Ethereum is now challenging a critical support which can lead to prices moving to "baseline," which coincides with the same level at which Ether traded back in January in this year.

Is this baseline the right level at which one can start accumulating?
Maybe.

➖ The baseline is a very strong support level so a bounce is bound to happen at this point but, there can be even lower prices because we are set to experience 6-8 weeks of red and so far we've only experienced one.

➖ While the baseline is surely to produce a reaction that will push prices up, it is better to wait for the accumulation range to develop which will in-turn reveal the perfect price range that will be made available before long-term growth.

👉 Ethereum has the potential to hit beyond $10,000 (~$12,555) in 2025... We need to stay vigilant in order to spot the low to prepare for LONG.

➖ Ethereum's native token, Ether (ETH), ended up crashing strongly and hitting our "baseline" target much faster than expected... Is this the right time to buy?

We go by the charts; We follow the signals.

Here is what we have on the daily timeframe:

➖ Today, ETHUSDT is showing the highest bearish volume on a daily basis since June 2022. When really high volume shows up, like today, it signals the start of a move and not the end. The bearish move has been ongoing since March, so this surely isn't the start and thus we can conclude that this volume signal means that this isn't the end.

When the end comes, trading volume on the final low is lower than during the down-wave.

👉 Expect lower price. Possibly, 1800/1500.
