头肩顶形成：38.2%以及等待汇价反抽，做空欧元兑美元

随着上周欧央行的政策落地，给予欧元多头最终的救命稻草也烟消云散。欧央行一如既往地鸽派收紧宽松政策，小幅缩减规模，但是并未给未来设定具体日期。因此欧元大跌200点。目前前期头肩顶已经形成，从随机指标显示目前价格超跌反弹，这不是最多机会而是等待价格反抽到进行颈线附近的做空机会。下方有前期黄金分割以及头部颈线一倍距离作为目标位。
