$FCEL Breakout projection .40-.45
FCEL holding up the 50SMA on 1Y1D at .3501 I think if you see an increase in volume at EOD 10/03 we can push to the .40 + area long at.36 Yellow fib is at .40
Note
FCEL off the WL, for now, needs to shows signs of confirmation before I trade again.
