Short when breaking the shortterm uptrend?

Is this a nice short Chance near the 61,8 fibo-retracement? The rsi made a selling signal
Only trading above 12070 will brighten the Chart and perhaps turn him bullish again - 12350 is the possible mid/longterm-buytrigger (trading above the illustrated right shoulder)

all depends on how the us-market will behave today. yesterday we have seen something strange: Missile over Japan? North corea , so what? The king is dead -Long live the king !.... after a weak start, the market was bought till the end of the trading session and is based now at a technical resist at 21.915. Should dow could break the downtrend with Prices > 21.920 --> 22050/22150 can be aimed

dow has to fall back into his downtrend...if he will not do that, the short idea dax could be wrong..
