Infelizmente com o desgoverno e bagunça fiscal no nosso país, a taxa SELIC foi aumentada novamente para 13,25% a.a. e isso acaba desvalorizando os Fundos Imobiliários (FII)... Logo teremos algumas oportunidades de compras ???
