Multiyear Range Breakout In Lupin + Bearish Crab

1st we’ll understand “Range Breakout”
October 2015 High was 2129 which got broken & also closed above 2129, At 2240.2 in August 2024
So this is 8 Years 10 Months long breakout.
So for target, now first we’ll draw a Fibonacci from October 2015 high - 2129 to March 2020 low - 504.75
Target 1 - 1.618 of the Fibonacci level which is - 3132
Target 2 - 2 of the Fibonacci level which is - 3753
Target 3 - 3 of the Fibonacci level which is - 5377
In extreme case it can reach to 4.236 of the Fibonacci level which is - 7385
SL 1490 ( Monthly Closing Basis ) - June 2024 Monthly Candle Low.
2nd Now we’ll understand “Bearish Crab” (XABCD) which is a Harmonic pattern Or W kind of pattern.
Harmonic patterns are based on Fibonacci as well but in complicated way.
In this pattern, we will analyze which point could be the D point of the W pattern, where a price reversal may occur. This is referred to as the Potential Reversal Zone (PRZ). We will also analyze how far this reversal could go. After that, we will consider buying the stock again for the target as per range breakout.
This W pattern occurs upon breaching the X level which is 2129 . In this pattern, it has been observed that whenever this occurs, the price bounces to the 1.618 level of X and A, here it will be 3132, so our D point will be 3132, which we will refer to as the PRZ. This means that whenever Lupin reaches 3132, we will book profits there and set up a fresh sell position. Our stop-loss (SL) will be at 3410, which is the 1.786 level of X and A (White)
To identify targets, we will draw another Fibonacci from point C to the assumed point D 3132 (PRZ) ( Pink ). This will give us two potential targets: the .236 Fibonacci level at 2530 and the .382 Fibonacci level at 2158
We will plan our buys at these two target zones 2530 & 2158 for targets of 5377 and 7385 as per the range breakout theory.
So, in short, I want to say that the price will first bounce to 3132 from cmp, and then there will be a correction, bringing the stock down to 2530 and 2158. We will plan our buying at these two levels for targets of 5377 and 7385.
