united spirits bearish for a while
we can see broadening triangular pattern which is a bearish continuation pattern , united spirits is strong fundamental and valued stock , where the company is clearing its depth in past few years good to acquire as it is a strong stock but now there are bearish signs rsi is around 30 can buy at this dip and if further falls wait till price comes over 20 day ma
fundamentally it is an international company and there are many brands under this company simply bussiness wise its like an every green company and in this field majorly radico kaithan and united spirits almost like a duopoly
risks involved for united spirits(these wont long in the long term i think so )
may be they are duopoly but local governments and many big guys (politicians) are running their own local bussiness and local brands are promoted where this stock have customers which are loyal but new customers are not being added and sales are not much improved and the company for past few is clearing its depts so in long they will be cleared of depts and newly appointed staff i mean chairman or ceo (i dont remember exactly)is changed many say she might increase sales but it is a stock which has great value and the company is very old company and if you go to their websites you can see their products ,and they research and development facilites they have so actually
it is good company with strong bussiness almost it is like a too big to fall company for long it will good value stock but for now it is bearish so buy on dips in future its hurdles may clear ,as their products are of high costs and quality mostly upper class consume these commonly where middle and lower class they mostly consume on occasions, as their some products cost around 3000-5000 and even more based on some local knowledge and website information ,where radico kaithan products are also available around
150-300 also radico adds more customers year on year for example like students , and job doing people , normal level products for celebrations are contributed to radico kaithan ,
