Nasdaq Neutral in hourly timeframe

In hourly timeframe Nasdaq is looking neutral and in 15 minutes time frame index fluctuated may be due to Tesla results. As per my analysis, it will remain in neutral for next couple of hours.
Trade closed: target reached
Clearly the target is achieved, all candle bodies are in the channel
