NEOUSD it is time to sell NEO

Even though the NEO price is increasing back to its all-time high, I don't feel safe when holding NEO in a chaos market right now. I believe that it would be a good idea to sell 50%l your NEO around its all-time high (190-195). Hold the rest and I will keep updating about the expected new all-time high of NEO.

I would not buy any NEO right now since my principle of trading to only buy when the market goes bearish.
