NOIA- Slow moving Giant Elephant.
Hopefully this re-accumulation period is unlike the previous two which took forever. Solid FA here, check it out. Watched it moved from around 17 cents, so l do want a little bag. Laddering up ok, some resistance up ahead but should see some momentum kick in sooner or later.
