NPTN - What is your thoughts ?
Dear Traders and investors,
With the news of NPTN aquisition by Apple Supplier Lumentum, the stock jumped to around $15.
The deal is planned to be closed in mid-2022 with target share price of $16.
Meanwhile, a law firm started an investigation related to this M&A for possible breach of fudiciary duty.
The play at this level is very risky, the stock can go to both ways UP or DOWN.
