SCB มีการฟอร์มตัวตามทฤษฎี Dow ที่ยังไม่สามารถสร้าง high ใหม่ได้ จึงควรเทรดด้วยความระมัดระวัง และเฝ้าจับตาดูว่ามีการสร้าง Low ใหม่หรือไม่ หากมีจะเป็นการดำเนินต่อของขาลง
หากจะเก็บสะสม รอให้มีการยก Low คือ ไม่มีการสร้าง low ใหม่ก่อน จึงทำการเข้าเก็บ หรือ มีการกลับตัวของแท่งเทียนบริเวณแนวรับสำคัญตาม fibo ต่างๆ
