Losing some of my patience. But...here is a bullish wedge... Let's see how it reacts when hits bottom, needs to hold this 47 level. Note
Looking at a nice weekly reversal candle. And the CMF shows a potential cross above the 0.00 - showing accumulation. Utilities look like a great opportunity.
