From the downtrend with a small 1m timeframe H&S pattern, a larger H&S pattern is visible that can cause a further drop.

The fall was intermittently stopped by a mini reverse H&S, but the downtrend continues towards the neckline of the larger H&S.Note
A smaller H&S is formed in the downtrend.
