USDCAD: short it on D

BOC -1.17% rate decision later today after US session.
50% bet on that BOC -1.17% will raise rate again since July.
I dont usually trade on such event, acting like an ant on a hot pan.
I like to see what will happen after that.
ONLY TWO POSSIBILITIES:
a. BOC -1.17% raise rate.
USDCAD 0.19% drop to break the support and dig down to weekly support zone .
b. BOC -1.17% do not raise rate, market expectation move to next month
USDCAD 0.19% could hit the long term trend-line again which give you a possibility to join the party for next month.
