Есть предпосылки для укрепления рубля.
На российском долговом рынке наблюдается пусть и не уверенный, но подъем. Однако внешние факторы не дают пространства для маневра, поэтому доллар после кратковременного укрепления вновь начинает сдавать позиции. Ожидаю что к лету произойдет укрепление рубля на отметке 71-72 за доллар.
