Sell.

Now, I am suddenly back into ranges again. Previously I am doing trends more.

Now, price is at a major Resistance area, so, I short.

Trade closed: stop reached

-1R loss.

I was thinking if I am able to take losses daily.

If I go too low, below 15 Minutes Time Frame, the margin used would be more, and I couldn't take as much trades as I wish to.

But if I take trades on the 15 Minutes Time Frame, it will take days, sometimes for the position to close cos my SL and TP is quite huge, depending on the price action.

I foresee myself facing this stalling bike situation or heavy open and close throttle issue(you close the throttle and open it too slowly, the bike or car has a heavy feeling, and you feel your bike chain or the gear struggling to catch up.) where my heart and mind takes a hit because I allow the small gap of no trades to let doubts enter into my mind.

Taking lesser trades, higher time frame trading, breaking even, trading small, all of these are self preserving mechanism. They won't help you become profitable. The best outcome with these methods are net breakeven at best. But with my personal experiences trying all kinds of shit, I say those methods doesn't work if your goal is to be profitable.

Those training wheels has to go away if you want to truly be a good rider.

Most people however, take those ideas and techniques from youtube gurus and form strategies around these ideas and hope they would be profitable, and when they fail to, they now enter into this strategy hopping stage for years(like I did).

Maybe this little tweak, maybe that little tweak. Those shit doesn't work if you want to be profitable.

Those ideas, techniques and tips are at best, to allow you to dip your toes and get a feel of the market.

But of course, you won't find much people saying these cos they don't know.

Either they became profitable and posted on youtube to hope to make some money while helping others change their life, or to be helpful(be it they are profitable or not) or they are not winning and they just wanna make some money via youtube ads.(I did post some trading recaps on youtube before and posted some of my techniques which I stopped using, because I need to jump through so many hoops, I'm so done with it. I keep getting stressed out over the small little things. I also like the sweet nectar of getting paid by youtube ads LOL which I didn't manage to. I'll talk more about the youtube video postings next time and why I quit posting.)
