Localised production is taking shape, and the direction is improving.
The fields need more eucalyptus and subabul plantations—otherwise, all is well, provided it rains and the farmers manage the fields properly.
Overall, the sense is that the cardboard and packaging industries require more and more paper from mills from time to time, and recycling isn't a major concern when fresh demand is soaring.
