USOIL Re entry short opportunity.
As oil continues to move lower after distributing. I believe we may start moving lower again after rebalancing to capture internal liquidity and fill inefficient areas. Then targeting external liquidity to the downside. (bias changed if external liquidity is grabbed first, making me neutral until further notice)
