If the price is higher than the pivot, open long, TP1 at 2043 and TP2 at 2058, cut loss if the price is lower than the pivot.
If the price is lower than the pivot, open short, TP1 at 2015 and TP2 at 1998, cut loss if the price is higher than the pivot.
