ในมุมมองนี้จะเป็นการยกตัวอย่างว่ากราฟที่เกิดขึ้นเป็นชุด small x wave ซึ่งชุดที่เด้งขึ้นมานั้น ถ้าจะเป็นคลื่น x จะต้องมีความยาวในด้านราคาที่น้อยกว่า 61.8 ของ correction ชุดก่อนหน้า และจะมีการลงไปทำ new-low และจะเกิดเป็น correction อีกตัว
